• Grooming & Shop Store hours may be modified. If we need to reschedule your grooming visit due to road conditions, we’ll call you immediately to priority-book a new time.
• Cancellations We waive our 24-hour cancellation policy when road conditions are dangerous.

• Winter Gear: Please leave a towel near the door and a jacket or sweater out for your pups.
