  • Who will provide my visits?
    In home visits are provided by our award winning Pet Sitters. Although we try to maintain sitter consistency as much as possible from visit to visit, not all of our care providers work the same schedules. Therefore, you may have a “primary sitter” as well as a your “back up sitter” depending on our schedules.
  • How I know your Pet Sitters are safe and reliable?
    Before our potential Pet Sitters even come into our office for an interview, they are required to pass multiple background checks. Once we confirm their background,  our candidates are interviewed by our management staff.  Once hired,  our Pet Sitters must complete a thorough  training program with the company before being assigned a route of their own.
  • Why do you need access to a lock box or multiple copies of my key?
    We encourage our clients to have a lock box or hide a key at their home for a variety of reasons (they are in control of their own key, code, box location and never have a Day of Service fee); For our clients where a lock box is not possible, we ask for multiple copies of their key to be kept on file for when reoccurring visits are scheduled throughout the day or to have a copy on file in case of an emergency situation.
  • Can your Pet Sitters still make in home visits during bad weather?
    In the event of inclement weather or unsafe road conditions, we contact our clients whom are on our daily schedule and may already be staying home to care for their pets. For our out of town clients, if there is not a neighbor available to help, we will still provide care following the schedule you’ve booked with us as best we can.What if I need to cancel or add-on visits?
    All scheduling should be completed through our office, either by phone or email. We cannot guarantee scheduling changes that are left in notes at  your home or mailed to us. We do our best to accommodate last minute requests and cancellations. Certain additional fees may apply when booking add-on services.
  • How and when do I pay?
    Payment is required at the beginning of service with a credit card, unless prior arrangements have been made. Clients can effortlessly enter payment info through our online client portal. You may also take advantage of our promotions for discounted or free services!
